Returns/Faulty goods

We do not accept returns if you change your mind after your order has been completed.

If your product is faulty when you receive it, we will happily refund or provide you a credit to use on another product in the store. Your product must be returned in it’s original packaging.

Once we receive the damaged or faulty product we will notify you that it has been received and proceed with a refund or provide you with a credit.

If your product is faulty (we are confident that it’s in tip top shape), we are here to help!

Shipping across Australia

We allow 5-14 business days for postage across Australia, so please allow for this time frame when you place an order with us.

We will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your parcels every move. You will receive this number as soon as your order has been dispatched. If for some reason there is a hold up at our headquarters, we will be in touch.

*A business day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

Custom orders

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom made orders.

A deposit of 20% is required for all custom orders before we can start handcrafting your goods, with the remainder being due just before your order is received or shipped to you.

Please note: We have a 1 month minimum on turnaround for all custom orders, so please allow this minimum amount of time when you place an order with us. However in some cases we can sometimes do your order in a shorter time frame, just drop us a line and hopefully we can help!

 

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any part of your experience with us, please let us know and we will do our best to fix it!
